This is what we collect and why, in plain English.

When you ask for a call

On the booking page we ask for your trade, how many staff you have, the admin job you would hand over first, the time you want, your name, your email and, if you give it, your mobile. We use it to confirm your call, send you the Zoom link and be ready when we talk. We do not sell it.

Zoom recordings

Calls are recorded so you can rewatch them. Recordings are kept for 12 months.

How people use this site

When it is switched on, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use these pages: where they tap, how far they scroll, and where they get stuck. It records clicks and page movement, not what you type into the booking form. Microsoft runs it, and its own privacy statement applies.

Ads measurement

When it is switched on, we use the Meta pixel to measure whether our ads work. It tells Meta that a request for a call was sent from this site.

Robot check

The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

Fonts and video

The fonts and the video are served from this site, so loading a page does not send your details to a font or video company.
